Topic Description: Jolene, a 39-year P&C agent, will share her very personal story of being an agent during the June 14th, 2010, EF4 tornado which damaged a good portion of Wadena, and what she learned in the days, weeks and months following the tornado. Her solid advice on how to take care of policyholders following a major weather event will benefit all insurance professionals when working with clients experiencing major life-changing losses.
