About

With over 26 years of Insurance Industry experience. Lori started Legacy Care Planning Consultants, to help clients and Strategic Partners understand the importance of Legacy Planning. Previously Lori worked for National and Regional Organizations with a focus on educating agents and advisors on Legacy Planning, specializing in Long Term Care, Medicare and Final Expense. 


Lori is actively involved in educating the insurance and financial advisor communities on legacy planning.  Lori is an active member of the National Association of Benefit Planners -MN Chapter (Formerly MAHU) as well as the National Association of Financial Advisors (NAIFA) NAILBA and the ILTCI. Lori is a National Speaker on the Topic of Extended Care Planning.


Firsthand, Lori learned of the need for Legacy Planning when she helped take care of her grandmother during her final stages of cancer. It was during this time that Lori experienced the personal toll that not having a proper plan can have on the caregivers’ health and finances, as well as the health of the family.


Lori earned a bachelor’s degree in business management from the College of St. Scholastica. She also obtained a certificate as a Fraternal Insurance Field Manager from The American College in 2007 as well as her CLTC designation in 2014.
